Does Pure contain nicotine?

No. Pure contains zero nicotine and zero tobacco. That's the entire point of it.

What is Pure, exactly?

A dietary supplement in pouch form. Each pouch contains caffeine, L-Theanine, Alpha-GPC, Huperzine A, three B vitamins, and four essential minerals. The full breakdown with exact amounts is on our What's Inside page.

How much caffeine is in a pouch?

50 mg — roughly a half cup of coffee. The daily limit is four pouches, which works out to 200 mg of caffeine.

How do I use it?

Place a pouch between your cheek and gums for at least 30 minutes. Full instructions are on our How to Use page.

Do I swallow it or chew it?

Neither. The pouch stays between your cheek and gum, then gets removed and thrown away. The tin lid doubles as a disposal compartment.

How many pouches come in a tin?

20 pouches per tin.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. Pure is not for use by persons under 18.

Can I use Pure if I'm pregnant or nursing?

No. Do not use Pure if you are pregnant or nursing.

Can I use Pure with coffee or energy drinks?

We don't recommend combining Pure with other caffeinated products. If you're sensitive to caffeine, Pure isn't recommended for you.

Is Pure made in the USA?

Yes. Pure is manufactured in the United States for Pure Collective LLC.
