The actives
Caffeine (natural) — 50 mg. Roughly the caffeine in a half cup of coffee. Because the pouch sits between your cheek and gum, there's no drink to finish and nothing to carry.
L-Theanine — 40 mg. An amino acid found naturally in tea leaves. It is commonly paired with caffeine in nootropic formulas.
Alpha-GPC — 30 mg. A choline compound. Choline is an essential nutrient that the body also produces in small amounts.
